Purpose of this page:
Bob & Nancy Ulrich are hikers, we like to hike, and try to go hiking on any trail, anytime, whenever we can. We have tried to recommend hiking and trail guides that will add to your trip to Grand Canyon National Park. Some of the selections are non hiking items that will be of interest to hiking and non hiking  visitors to Grand Canyon National Park, even those who may not feel the same way about taking a hike on Grand Canyon National Park trails as we do.  The point here is that even though we love to hike, and will hike any trail , any time, you  need not hike to have a great  vacation in Grand Canyon National Park. If you have never taken a hike, try one of the easy ones,  you may like hiking.   Thanks for dropping by and have a great  trip to Grand Canyon National Park.

Hiking the Grand Canyon - The Corridor Trails
Director: Ken McNamara                       Amazon Price: $14.95
This video is incredible! It is a MUST SEE for anyone even thinking about hiking in the grand canyon. Non hikers will enjoy it too. A review cannot do this video justice. It covers all three corridor trails, The Bright Angel, The North Kibab, and the South Kibab in great detail with video shot on the trails, and animation showing the trail routes. Water hydration and tips to avoid dehydration are also covered. This video should be required viewing before hiking permits are issued - it is that good.
