It is important to have Answers to the Questions you need to
Ask before you get into a listing
contract with anybody. I can not tell you how many times
I have been asked to sell a home that
another broker has listed and did not sell, only to find
out the the broker never told the people
the realistic value of their home. They were too busy
telling people what they wanted to hear,
not what they needed to hear. Selling a home is a big
decision, you need facts, not fiction.
If the facts show the market will not support the price
you need to meet your goals, then it is
better you find out up front, not six months later. Good
decisions can only be made when you
have good information. I'm not afraid of telling you
those facts. Sooner or later the truth will
come out, so I like to be up front with it and not waste
everyone's time.
