Winter Storms transform the Mountain.
Round Valley Looking West. It was very cold When I took this.
A winter storm adds a newness to the views along the Round Valley Trail.Days before our visit, a fierce wind storm preceded the snow. Winds in excess of 100 miles an hour snapped 3 foot trees like matches. Even trees that had fallen before the storm took on a new look under a blanket of snow.
